All digital goods such as eBooks and audiobooks are consumable products, and as such, are NON-REFUNDABLE. Once you have read or listened to the book, you have consumed it. Our books are available via libraries. Librarians can order the book for you upon request.
We offer returns only if a print book arrives defective and will work with you to obtain a replacement if you contact us within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your paperback return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
It takes time for financial institutions to process refunds, so give your bank and credit card company a few weeks to post the return. If the refund has not posted within 30 days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
